These terms apply when you use thecryptocloset.store or buy from The Crypto Closet ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Our store runs on Shopify.

1. Our products

  • Every item is printed on demand after you order, by our production partner Printful.
  • Coin names and logos are used as fan merchandise. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any cryptocurrency project, foundation or exchange.
  • Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real product, and print placement can vary by a few millimetres.
  • Coin Lab items are made to your own design. You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or text you send us, and we may refuse designs that are offensive or infringe someone else's rights.

2. Crypto prices and "The Closet's read"

The live prices, charts and "The Closet's read" on the site come from third-party data (CoinGecko) and an automatic calculation. They are for information and entertainment only. They are not financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and they can be delayed or wrong.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are set in euros and shown in your local currency. EU prices include VAT.
  • Import duties and local taxes outside the EU are paid by the recipient.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order. We may cancel and refund an order if a price or product was listed wrongly by mistake.

4. Orders, shipping and delivery

An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. Production times, shipping costs, delivery estimates and the countries we ship to are explained in our Shipping policy. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Damaged, misprinted and wrong items are replaced or refunded free of charge. Customers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland have a 14-day right of withdrawal on non-personalised items. The full details are in our Refund policy.

6. Your use of the site

Do not misuse the site: no fraud, no attempts to break its security, and no copying its content or designs for commercial use without our permission.

7. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products as described. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for delays caused by events outside our control (such as carrier or customs delays), or for decisions you make based on the price information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The version published when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can use the courts of that country.
