Every item is printed on demand by our production partner (Printful) in the facility closest to you, in Europe, the UK or the US. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

1. Production time

Each item is made after you order. Production takes on average 2–5 business days. Orders with several products may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost to you.

2. Delivery time after shipping

• United States and Canada: 3–4 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• Europe and the rest of the world: 5–20 business days (orders made in our EU facilities usually arrive within the first week)

These are the carriers' estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, peak seasons and customs checks can add a few days. So in total, from order to your door, expect about 1–2 weeks in the US, UK and EU, and up to 4 weeks for distant destinations.

Coin Lab custom orders take longer

Coin Lab items are designed by hand for you, so they take longer than our ready-made merch:

• We email you a design preview within 2 business days of your order.
• Printing starts only after you approve the design (then 2–5 business days).
• Shipping times are the same as above.

In total, expect about 2–4 weeks from order to your door in the EU, UK and US, and longer for other destinations. A slow reply to the preview email delays your order.

Caps, beanies, pillows and water bottles are packed separately and have their own shipping fee, which is added at checkout and is not included in the free-shipping offer. You always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout, converted from euros.

4. Customs, duties and taxes

Prices include VAT for EU customers. Orders to countries outside the EU (for example the UK, Switzerland or the US) may be charged import duties or taxes by the local customs office. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.

5. Where we don't ship

Because of legal restrictions and carrier limitations we currently do not ship to Russia, Belarus or Venezuela. This list can change.
